A substantial detached house on a corner plot (including Coach House) where we carried out the initial building survey and were then appointed as Project Managers for the complete refurbishment and extension contract to a high standard.
The scheme included a new side extension (for gym and utility room) and double height rear extension with glass roof, galleried high level walkway served by two spiral staircases and media room/wine cellar in the basement.
Floor finishes included engineered oak floorboards and porcelain tiles over wet system underfloor heating. The job was completed on time and on budget.

Best Feature: Curved metal staircase clad with oak top and bottom and glass balustrade leading off main entrance hall; walnut-faced feature wall with secret doors: Lutron lighting and audio systems; galleried sitting area overlooking kitchen/dining room; 5 sets of double height glass windows and doors across the rear elevation leading onto stone paved patio area with water feature.
