The Clients came to us having already obtained planning permission for a large double storey side extension and wanted to use our project management skills to take the scheme forward. We redesigned the main features, appointed a contractor and supervised the work on site, handing over a fully furnished family house ready for the Clients and new baby to move into.

Best Feature: Glass roof over top floor landing to allow natural light to flood into the central stairwell. Polished walnut engineered wood flooring and underfloor heating throughout ground floor level.
